	<p><strong>Zubereitung</strong>:</p>
<p>Die Zwiebeln würfeln und mit etwas Olivenöl glasig dünsten. Die Champignons in Scheiben schneiden, zu den Zwiebeln geben und anbräunen. Nun die 4 EL APOSTELS Sourcream mit in die Pfanne geben und gut vermischen, sowie mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Wenn gewünscht, währenddessen das Brot im Ofen anwärmen.<br />
Die Brote aufschneiden und mit Salat füllen, die Champignon-Maße darauf geben und jeweils etwas Zaziki garnieren.</p>

	<p><strong>Zutaten:</strong></p>
<p>Den Backofen auf 180°C vorheizen. Das Gemüse auf ein Backblech geben, mit etwas Olivenöl vermischen und für ca. 20 min. im Ofen garen. Das Brot von beiden Seiten mit der veganen Butter bestreichen und für die letzten 5 Minuten Garzeit mit im Ofen anrösten. Alles zusammen aus dem Ofen nehmen und das Brot zur Seite legen. Das Gemüse mit 3-4 EL APOSTELS Aioli vermischen und auf den angerösteten Brotscheiben verteilen.</p>
<p>Zum Schluss über das Brot etwas Zitronensaft geben und genießen!</p>

	<p><strong>UBEREITUNG:</strong></p>
<p>Den Backofen auf 180°C vorheizen. Das Gemüse in kleine Würfel schneiden, auf ein Backblech geben und mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen. Das Olivenöl, sowie die Sojasoße darüber geben und alles gut vermischen. Das Gemüse ca. 20 min. im Ofen garen.</p>
<p>Ggf. die Falafel in der Pfanne goldbraun anbraten und die Wraps für 2 Minuten in den warmen Ofen legen.</p>
<p>Nun die warmen Wraps mit 2 EL APOSTELS sour cream bestreichen, 2 frische Salatblätter, das Grillgemüse und das frische Gemüse nach Geschmack drauf verteilen. Jeweils pro Wrap 2 Falafel in der Mitte durchschneiden und auf das Gemüse legen. Zum Schluss noch 2 EL APOSTELS aioli auf die Falafel geben und den Wrap einrollen.</p>

	<p><strong>ZUBEREITUNG:</strong></p>
<p>Den Knoblauch fein hacken und zusammen mit den restlichen Zutaten gut verrühren. Nach belieben Salz, Pfeffer und frische Kräuter hinzufügen.Die Marinade zum Gemüse geben, gut durchmischen und ca. 1 Stunde ziehen lassen. Das Gemüse entweder in einer Schale auf dem Grill garen oder in der Pfanne anbraten. Das Grillgemüse eignet sich perfekt als Topping für den Salat oder als Beilage zu leckerem Grillkäse!</p>

	<p><strong>ZUBEREITUNG:</strong></p>
<p>Butter in einem Topf schmelzen. Butterkekse fein zerkrümeln und Pistazien grob hacken. Kekskrümel und die Hälfte der Pistazien vermischen. Anschließend Butter und Zimt unterrühren. In eine Springform (24 cm), Boden mit Backpapier ausgelegt, verteilen und Butterkeksmischung festdrücken. Bei 160 °C (Umluft) für 20 Minuten im Ofen backen.</p>
<p>Quark, Saft der Zitrone, Eier, APOSTELS jogurti, Puder- und Vanillezucker cremig rühren. Die Masse auf den vorgebackenen Boden geben und weitere 35 Minuten backen. Den Backofen ausschalten und den Kuchen im Ofen abkühlen lassen. Anschließend mindestens 2 Stunden kühlstellen.</p>
<p>Vor dem Servieren aus der Form nehmen, mit Honig beträufeln und mit den restlichen Pistazien bestreuen.</p>

	<p><strong>ZUBEREITUNG:</strong></p>
<p>Die Auberginen waschen, klein würfeln, salzen und kurz ziehen lassen. In der Zwischenzeit Zwiebel und Knoblauch schälen und klein würfeln. 2 EL Öl in einer Pfanne erhitzen, Zwiebel- und Knoblauchwürfel darin andünsten. Nun Thymian und Tomaten zugeben. Alles salzen, pfeffern und bei mittlerer Hitze ca. 10 Minuten kochen lassen.</p>
<p>Butter in einem Topf zerlassen. Das Mehl unterrühren und kurz anschwitzen. Dann APOSTELS jogurti hinzugeben und glatt rühren. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Muskatnuss abschmecken.</p>
<p>In der Zwischenzeit in einer großen Pfanne Olivenöl erhitzen, die Auberginen goldbraun braten und zu den Tomaten hinzugeben.</p>
<p>Inzwischen den Backofen auf 200 °C (Ober-/Unterhitze) vorheizen. Eine rechteckige Auflaufform einfetten. Den Boden der Form mit einer Lage Nudelplatten auslegen. Darauf eine Schicht Auberginen legen, jeweils etwas Tomaten-Auberginenmischung, Béchamelsauce und etwas Feta darüber verteilen. Das Ganze wiederholen. Mit Tomaten-Auberginenmischung und Feta abschließen. Lasagne im Backofen ca. 45 Minuten goldbraun backen.</p>
<p>Zum Servieren frischen Oregano darüber geben.</p>

	<p><strong>ZUBEREITUNG:</strong></p>
<p>Für das Pitabrot Mehl, Salz, Trockenhefe und Zucker in eine Schüssel geben und gut vermischen. Anschließend lauwarmes Wasser hinzugeben und durchkneten. Nach und nach 2 EL Olivenöl auf die Hände geben und in den Teig kneten. Den Pita-Teig für ca. 30 Minuten bei Zimmertemperatur in einer Schüssel ruhen lassen.</p>
<p>In der Zwischenzeit Lammfleisch mit Salz, Rosenpaprika, Thymianblättern marinieren und in einer Pfanne mit Olivenöl anbraten. Nun Zwiebeln schälen und in Scheiben schneiden. Tomaten waschen und halbieren. Weißkraut klein schneiden, mit Salz, Pfeffer und Apfelessig in einem zugedeckten Topf 10 Minuten dünsten.</p>
<p>Den Pita-Teig auf 4 Pitas aufteilen und rund auf einer bemehlten Fläche ausrollen (3-4 mm hoch). Mit einer Gabel mehrere Löcher in die Pita stechen. Anschließend zuerst die Pfanne gut aufheizen, bevor die erste Pita herausgebacken wird. Jede Pita von beiden Seiten mit etwas Olivenöl bestreichen und in der Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze von beiden Seiten goldbraun backen.</p>
<p>Pitabrote mit Zaziki bestreichen. Lammfleisch, Weißkraut, Zwiebeln, Tomaten sowie auch Peperoni darauflegen und genießen.</p>

	<p><strong>ZUBEREITUNG:</strong></p>
<p>Die gehackten Mandeln in einer Pfanne goldbraun rösten. Zwiebel schälen, fein würfeln und dazugeben. Zucchini und Tomaten waschen und in mundgerechte Stücke schneiden. Anschließend für 4 Minuten dazugeben und danach beiseitestellen.</p>
<p>Die Kräuterbutter in einem Topf erhitzen, Kritharaki hinzufügen und glasig unter Rühren dünsten. Das Ganze mit dem Wasser aufgießen, Salz, Pfeffer, Rosenpaprika und Tomatenmark hinzugeben, zum Kochen bringen und für ca. 15 Minuten köcheln lassen.</p>
<p>In der Zwischenzeit Auberginen waschen und der Länge nach halbieren. Hälften mit einem Teelöffel aushöhlen, dabei einen Rand stehen lassen. Die Auberginenhälften salzen und ca. 10 Minuten ziehen lassen. Auberginen mit Küchenpapier trocken tupfen.</p>
<p>Kritharaki mit der Mandeln-Tomaten-Mischung vermengen und in die Auberginenhälften füllen. Nun in eine Auflaufform legen, Brühe angießen und im vorgeheizten Backofen (Umluft: 180 °C) 25 Minuten backen. Auf Tellern anrichten und mit Thymianblättchen sowie Zaziki garnieren.</p>

	<p><strong>ZUBEREITUNG:</strong></p>
<p>APOSTELS jogurti mit Milch, Orangensaft sowie dem Honig vermischen. Anschließend die Haferflocken und den Sesam unterrühren. Die Mischung über Nacht oder, wenn es schneller gehen soll, für mindestens 2 Stunden in den Kühlschrank stellen.</p>
<p>Danach noch einmal gut umrühren. Walnüsse hacken und auf die angedickten Overnight-Oats verteilen. Die Früchte waschen und damit als leckeres Topping die Overnight-Oats verfeinern.</p>

	<p><strong>Zubereitung:</strong></p>
<p>Den Ofen auf 180°C Ober-/ Unterhitze vorheizen. Anschließend eine Springform (25 cm) mit etwas Butter einfetten und beiseitestellen. Zucker und Eier schaumig aufschlagen. Nun jogurti, den Abrieb und Saft der Zitronen sowie das Olivenöl hinzugeben. Alles miteinander vermengen, bis eine homogene Masse entsteht.</p>
<p>Mehl, Salz und Backpulver mischen und unter den flüssigen Teig heben. Rosmarinnadeln von dem Zweig trennen, fein hacken und in den Teig geben. Den Teig in die eingefettete Backform gießen und den Olivenölkuchen für 65 Minuten im Ofen backen.</p>
<p>Den Olivenölkuchen komplett auskühlen lassen, bevor dieser mit Puderzucker bestäubt wird.</p>
